Kayla Gleason

Development Manager

Kayla manages development and fundraising systems so Western States Center has access to the resources needed to build movements, develop leaders, shift culture, and defend democracy. She also coordinates individual and institutional engagement to ensure authentic partnership and mission alignment with funders. Previously, Kayla worked at WSC as an intern and then as Events Coordinator. Since then she has worked in various roles at non-profit organizations and public libraries in the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West. Kayla is excited to bring those skills and experiences back to her social justice home at Western States Center.
